Onecom acquires Daly Systems
HMT LLP advised LDC-backed communication tech and cloud communications specialist Onecom on their acquisition of Leicester-based telecoms provider Daly Systems.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Whiteley, Hampshire, Onecom is the UK’s leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialists, delivering fixed line, mobile, unified communications, connectivity, and cloud solutions. The company currently manages nearly 80,000 business customers, delivering communication services and unified solutions across fixed line voice, connectivity, and managed cloud to some of the UK’s most dynamic companies.
Daly Systems is an experienced communications and connectivity provider with a well-established capability in Unified Communications (UC) and IT Managed Services. The company maintains long-standing partnerships with Gamma, Microsoft, Openreach and Jola.
This acquisition enhances Onecom’s capabilities and capacity through Daly Systems’ expert team, geographic reach via its Leicester Operations Centre, and an established customer base, offering significant opportunities and benefits for those customers. This move further strengthens Onecom’s expansion and aligns with its well-established buy-and-build strategy.
